GRAND TOTAL

The 2007 MS WALK was beautiful as always! We jammed through it this year... Tumbleweed was dragging us. She knows the route quite well now. There were over 5,000 people walking this year. Together we raised over 2.6 MILLION DOLLARS!

I haven't gotten the chance to upload the pictures yet - I will get to that tonight.

This year I raised $561.00!!!! WOOOO HOOO! That is the most I have ever gotten for MS - so I am really happy and proud about that.

Oh happy Friday!

What a beautiful Friday it is...

...it will be a nice weekend too.

Plans:

Saturday - go to work with RO... they like to see me and Tumbleweed at the shop and I enjoy visiting with the customers and freshening up the waiting room, new magazines, water plants, dust, decorate if a holiday is near.

Sunday - The MS Walk at the Embarcadero. A lovely walk from the E through Seaport Village and on to the Star of India. It is a great time and together we raise millions at this walk each year. We go every year... it is a great walk. Thus far this year, I have raised almost $300.00 YAY!

Like our Remodel?

We redid the patio over the weekend.... got rid of some stuff, rearranged what we kept and bought some decking? I am loving the redwood.

We are really please with it... it makes our Jacuzzi look really inviting...huh?

...the whole patio is so relaxing now...

No more money saving worries and Refi worries - after tonight, once we sign sign sign our lives away - it is OVER!! We got a MUCH better rate and will have a much lower payment too! YAY!

New Moon

So today I have been surrounded by a bunch of grumpy pants - :-( I decided to look at the calendar and see if it was a full moon tonight, hoping to explain away everyone's attitude problems.... Guess what? It isn't a full moon but a new moon! AND the same thing happen last month at new moon time - so I think I have decided that the full moon is not the trouble everyone has made it out to be in the past - but maybe it is a the new Moon that makes people crazy.... at least that is the way it seems.

Free Goods

A couple weeks back RO came home with a BIG box of produce that a customer of his brought for us...nice guy :-) I was so excited about it all and it looked so pretty all on our counter - I snapped a picture...we have been enjoying eating it all up... we even got a Watermelon (not pictured) How nice, Huh?

Easter Sunday

We had an Easter picnic/egg hunt in the park. It was overcast all day. It made for a nice time at the park though... not too hot to play hard, but instead it was just right out. We tossed the football, played frisbee and crochet, hit some soft balls, ate and laughed. We played hard on the playground and Tumbleweed hunted critters in a raveen all day.

Good Friday 2007

We had a nice Easter weekend - Friday we dyed some beautiful eggs with our nephew and sister. They turned out beautiful and we had lots of fun. We didn't have pizza this year, but instead made chicken kabobs. YUMMY!

To the Dentist

Went to the denist today and got my teeth cleaned - oh yeah! I have a nice clean mouth now. Too bad I have to go back now two more times for work...I have got some cavities... boo hoo! Oh well, at least I have a great denist. I have been going to him for 15 years. AND good thing he let me pay payments to him because I don't have dental insurance and dental work is VERY costly.

Just Another Day

My ears are finally starting to feel better.... oh what a relief it is!
~That was a loooooooong battle~

It is another beautiful day out - Prefect weather. I wish I was out enjoying it... in the mean time I will just enjoy the view from my office window.
