SNOW!!!!!

Welp we got a good coating of SNOW over our moutains last night.... my hubby can see it on the mountain top from East County - sadly though he has been watching it melt away all day.... boo hoo!

And unfortunately the storm has broken up and the showers and snow we were expecting tonight probably won't happen... it is just going to be really windy... expecting 50-55 mph gusts.... it should be a howling night.

oh well - there surely will be a little snow left for us to savor in the morning.... and it will be a really pretty ride up.

Thank goodness John had Monday off, he needed it to recover from the shock of the loss. We are very sad here too. We can't believe our season is over.
