Easter Sunday 2008

HAPPY EASTER!

Here are some pics from Easter. The kids had a miny Easter Egg hunt on my patio...

Tumbleweed was guarding Jacob's empties for him. :)

Lake Jennings Camping 2008

Our second camping trip of the year.

We had a nice time - the weather was great, bright and sunny - it was about 78 degrees all day both days and probably about 50 at night. Do you like my big belly? 17 weeks. We had a bit bigger rig this time.

We had a lot of visitors come up to see us.

Teresa was happy to see Pierre.

Hayley had lots of fun with everyone. She will make a good camper.

Tumbleweed wasn't going to miss out on playing on the playground.

Adam helped us out by chopping some wood.

We didn't get around to fishing but went on a few nice walks and saw a HUGE California Condor hovering over the lake, he was fishing - I wish I had the camera for that. It was really neat.

Tumbleweed spent her last night chillin' in her Daddy's hammock :)

I got up to go potty and came back to find her in my spot right by the fire... on top of my jacket...LOL! She looks cute, huh?

We had a really good time camping on the shore for my birthday.... it was a bit chilly, especially at night, but oh so beautiful and peaceful. I loved listening to the waves all day and night. I don't think there is a more relaxing sound than the rhythm of the waves.... I love it.




















Tumbleweed would rather be outside. Here she is wishing we would hurry up and eat our lunch so she can go back outside.




Pierre and Tumbleweed know how to keep warm and dry. At night on the shore the mist comes in and you and everything around you gets very damp.








My sister and her family came out to visit us one night we BBQed and made S'mores... YUM!

Jacob had lots of fun in the sand.

This is a great shot! I love all the little birds... they stayed and watched the sunset. They didn't fly away until the sun was completely gone... Nature enjoying nature :)

Tumbleweed sure was having a lot of fun all of December.

She really liked our new bedspread. :)




Every morning she came down and sniffed all the presents. She was searching for hers....


It was a long wait til Christmas as I start wrapping early. Of course I had to wait and wrap hers and Pierre's on late Christmas Eve while they were locked in the bedroom.




Here they are Christmas morning with RO.

We baked and decorated lots of yummy cookies.
